Projects & Impact

GAIPAC implements and supports high-impact technical projects focused on strengthening IPC, AMR containment, laboratory systems, and health security at national, subnational, and facility levels. Our work spans policy development, program design, implementation support, capacity building, surveillance strengthening, and independent technical evaluations, tailored to country priorities and health system realities.

Projects are delivered in close collaboration with governments, health departments, healthcare facilities, development partners, and academic institutions, ensuring country ownership and sustainability. GAIPAC emphasizes measurable outcomes, such as improved compliance with IPC standards, functional AMR and HAI surveillance systems, strengthened laboratory quality, and enhanced preparedness for outbreaks and public health emergencies.

Impact is tracked through data-driven monitoring, quality improvement indicators, and implementation learning, allowing GAIPAC to continuously refine approaches and share best practices across regions. This commitment to results ensures that technical assistance translates into safer care, better antimicrobial use, and stronger health system resilience.
