GAIPAC is led by a multidisciplinary team of senior professionals and subject-matter experts with extensive experience in Infection Prevention & Control (IPC), Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), laboratory systems, One Health, and Global Health Security. Our leadership brings together expertise from Asia, the Americas, and global health platforms, combining policy experience, field implementation, research, and health system strengthening across diverse resource settings.
The Technical Advisory Group provides strategic direction, scientific oversight, and quality assurance across all GAIPAC activities. Advisors support the development of technical guidelines, review implementation strategies, contribute to training and knowledge products, and provide independent expert input during outbreak responses and health system reforms.
Through strong leadership and technical governance, GAIPAC ensures that all work is evidence-based, context-appropriate, ethically sound, and aligned with international best practices, while remaining practical and responsive to country needs.
