Global Alliance for Infection Prevention & AMR Control (GAIPAC) is a Limited Liability Company established by senior leaders and technical experts in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), and Global Health Security from Asia and the Americas. The organization was created to address the growing threat of healthcare-associated infections and antimicrobial-resistant pathogens through timely, evidence-based, and context-specific technical support.
GAIPAC provides real-time technical guidance, strategic advisory services, and implementation support to governments, ministries of health, health departments, and healthcare institutions. Its work focuses on strengthening healthcare systems to prevent infections, optimize antimicrobial use, and reduce the burden of resistant organisms by improving governance, workforce capacity, surveillance, and quality of care. Through a One Health approach, GAIPAC contributes to enhanced global health security by supporting countries to build resilient, coordinated, and sustainable systems capable of preventing, detecting, and responding to infectious disease threats.
